1. Using the service

By using MyAnthem, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into an agreement. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in details, and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

2. Your content

You retain the rights you hold in material you submit. You are responsible for having permission to use that material and any personal information it contains. You authorize us and our service providers to process, store, and use your content as needed to provide the features you request. This does not transfer ownership of your original material to us.

3. Generated content

AI-generated content may contain errors, resemble other works, or differ from your instructions. Review it before relying on or sharing it. We do not guarantee accuracy, originality, exclusivity, copyright protection, or freedom from third-party claims.

Commercial use and redistribution of recordings generated through MyAnthem are prohibited. Recordings are for personal use only.

MyAnthem is a creative tool for personal reflection. Its output does not verify prophecy, authenticate divine messages, or guarantee outcomes, and is not a substitute for qualified professional advice.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use MyAnthem for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing activity. Do not impersonate others, misuse their identity or private information, access content without permission, bypass usage or payment limits, or interfere with the service’s security or operation. We may restrict access to address misuse or violations of these terms.

5. Availability and saved work

Features, usage limits, and availability may change. Generation can take time or fail; leaving a page does not cancel a request already submitted. Unpurchased audio normally expires after seven days. Keep your own copies where downloads are available; we do not guarantee permanent storage. Deleting saved entries may also remove associated content.

6. Payments

Public paid checkout is not currently open. Clearly labeled test transactions do not charge real money or establish a permanent paid entitlement. Use test payment details only for test checkout.

When purchases are offered, pricing, included features, and applicable purchase and refund information will be presented before payment. Using the service alone does not create a subscription. Deleting content does not automatically issue a refund. Your rights under applicable consumer law are unaffected.

7. Disclaimers and your rights

To the extent permitted by law, MyAnthem is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or error-free results. Nothing in these terms excludes obligations, liability, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Ending use and updates

You can stop using MyAnthem or delete your account through account settings. The Privacy Policy explains retention and deletion. We may update these terms as the service changes, update the date above, and identify material changes in the service before they apply to future use.
